Who actually watches the footage?

The expert you chose, personally. No assistants, no software, no AI summary.

What if my player is under 18?

The parent or guardian owns the account, the payment and all communication. A minor's full name and contact details are never shown publicly.

What if the breakdown is late?

Every expert commits to a delivery time. If it's missed, you're refunded automatically — you don't have to ask.

Can I keep working with the same expert?

Yes. Most families send a game every few weeks so they can see progress across a season.
